Human body exist in symmetry and it supports the body by balancing them. However, the human body has pain from the distortion of the muscles by left and right, above and below, and anterior and posterior and this cause tonus of the muscles to absorb the distorted muscles and to balance the whole body. This phenomenon triggers the pain and trigger point and spiral taping is what makes it to disappear.
Cautions!!
1. Take it off if the pain gets worse or itchy.
2. Put it on every 2 or 3days when it’s used with elastic tape or change it everyday according to the syptoms.
3. Take the elastic tape off slowly.
4. Stretch the muscles as much as you can when using the elastic tape.
Indications of Taping treatment
1. Any muscles, tendons, and ligaments abnormal functions and pain(also back pain for pregnant women)
2. Preventive Value: Treatment and maintaining of the treatment, prevent the pains
3. Strengthen the muscles: Relaxes the muscles and strengthen the muscles
4. Also used for internal problems and central nervous system problems
Steps of taping
1. Intake of the symptoms
2. Test for exercise pattern and strength
3. Posture test
4. Trigger Point treatment
5. Analysis according to test of muscles, tendons, and ligaments and resistance test
6. Anatomical test and muscles function
7. Spinal Cross Reflex
Direction of the grid taping is same of direction of the meridian and tape it according to left and right.
Comparison of Left and Right
l O-Ring test
l Compare the eye pressure(Lefty when left side is higher)
l Look at the tonsils(Lefty when it’s on the left side)
l Press the tonsils from outside
l Compare the spinous process of the C1(which side is more painful)
1. Lefty(95%)
Start at right hand towards the left feet. Start at right feet towards left hand.
2. Right(5%)
The meridian pathway is from right hand to left feet. From left hand to right feet is against the meridian pathway
3. Where to put the tape?
The base is to put the tape where the pain or the tightness of the muscles are worse, and focus on how to make the tonus of the muscles back to normal and do not tape on the deficiency side which means relaxes the muscles where it’s more tighten up to strengthen the deficient side of the muscles.
5. Direction of tonus of the muscles in abdomen and upper back
6. correlation of Yang muscles and Yin muscles
1) Tightness of the muscles from right abdomen to right chest area causes another muscles tension from left scapula area to left lower back region.
2) Muscles tension from left abdomen to left chest area also causes muscles tension from right scapula region to right lower back.
7. Trigger point
1. divide the spine into 5 parts
1) from head to scapula
2) C7 to T7
3) T7 to T8
4) From chest to lower back
2. Response of the left and right side of the spine
3. Application of the treatment
5. Interrelation of each block: muscles tension in second line
1)A block:C7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and T1,2,3,4,5,6,7 responses in opposite side
2) B block:T1,2,3,4,5 and L5,4,3,2,1 responses in opposite side
3) C block: T12,11,10,9,8 and L1,23,4,5 responses in opposite side
4) D block: C7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and S1,2,3,4,5 responses in same side

Coxititis
1) Cause
It seems similar to Sciatic but it’s totally different disease. Patient feels the hip bone and the trochanter scratches each other which causes sharp pain.
2) Effect
1-2 treatment would relieve the pain when the pain appears after exercise but it takes about 2-3 months in case of inflammation
1) if there is still pain after the rest in lower back area and lower limbs.
Disc
Radiating pain down to hip Herniated disc in lower back
1-3 times of the taping will treat most of the back pain. But tape about 3 times more to prevent the reoccurance and the pain will go away completely when taping every two weeks for 3 or 4 times more. This could also prevent the low back pain.
