Why it so feels...
The deficiency of the Qi and Blood can not fill out fully the channels and vessels, and has not enough strength to pulsate causing a fine and small pulse without strength.
The dampness may obstruct the channels and vessels causing fine pulse.
What its complications indicate...
Fine and wiry pulse indicates the Yin deficiency of the Liver and Kidneys or the stagnation of the Liver Qi due to the Blood deficiency.
Fine and rapid pulse indicates the empty heat due to the deficiency of the Yin or Blood.
Fine and choppy pulse indicates the deficiency or stasis of the Blood.
Fine and minute pulse indicates the Yang deficiency with the Yin flourishing.
